Québec architect, Jean Beaudoin, received the award of excellence from the Ordre des Architectes du Québec (Québec order of architects) for his project « Bleu & Persillé - Fromagerie de quartier », a Montréal business for which Dauphinais designed the displays.

The Mont-Royal Avenue business offers a wide selection of local and imported cheeses. It presents its various products in large, glass mural display cases showing wheels of cheese in all its forms and colours.
